Quality Issues (wrong print, damaged, defective)
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund – no need to return the original item.
Wrong size, wrong color, or changed your mind?
Because every item is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for sizing mistakes or personal preference. Please double-check our size chart and color previews before ordering.
